Based on a per-user, per-month subscription plan, you can have a fully featured telephony service available to staff based at multiple locations, operating across a range of devices. From hard phones to softphones and mobiles and all on an all-inclusive call plan, they are invoiced on one, consolidated monthly bill. This fully inclusive approach makes it easy to manage, budget and scale.
Starting with an analysis of your current systems, lines and expenditure, we work with you to prepare a proposal that meets your business need and matches your budget. We address how your team use the telephone, how they would like to be able to work, how they speak to clients and suppliers and what changes would be beneficial. We consider any special applications you may have such as contact centre operation, voice recording, automated answering and global call logging and billing.
To ensure that the introduction of any new telephony platform is a success we ‘hand hold’ clients through the whole process. Wherever possible we will run a pilot in parallel with the old system. The objective is to run the new system alongside the existing system to test the platform and train staff ahead of go live. This ensures business continuity. Our project plans cover the migration of existing phone numbers, the provision of new lines, building cabling, user training, change management, go-live support, ongoing user management and user help-desk if required.
