Internal Sales/ Telesales Executive

Annual Basic 15k-£17k + commission (realistic OTE £25,000)
Commission will be calculated as a % against targets.
Full time position, initially for 6 months; leading to a permanent appointment for the right candidate

The Company

We are an expanding, friendly technology distribution company, supplying to a range of organizations including SME, government and the emergency services.

Location

The offices are based on the outskirts of Reading near Junction 11 of the M4, parking is available though still accessible by public transport.

The Role

You will be joining a busy team as a dedicated telesales executive; your role will be making outbound calls, managing database records and generating and growing revenue primarily from new, but some existing accounts.

You should be conscientious, reliable, self-motivated and energetic, with a determination to succeed.

Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or call centre experience would be good, but not essential.

You will need to demonstrate a clear, competent, professional telephone manner, be conversant in Microsoft Office with good written and spoken English and ideally have experience of CRM systems.

Full product training will be given.
