For the best
advice, be prepared. You will need to be able to tell us:
- What type of telephone system you are
connected to.
- What particular model of
telephone/console/turret you are using. If you are a mobile phone user,
what make and model of phone you are using.
- What type of headset you would prefer.
- Headband, like a Walkman, with either one or two ears covered.
- On the ear.
- Noise cancelling, designed for the busy, noisy office where
callers should never overhear anyone else's conversation.
- Cordless,
